only is Ty's
20 Most Wanted list void of Attics as of February 21, 2000, Ty has been slow in providing
pictures. In checking the Ty
web site for retired Attic Treasures, only 16 of the 90 retired Attics or a
mere 18% has pictures shown. Next to the Attic Treasures without pictures
were Ty logos in the form of a tush tag stating ”PHOTO COMING SOON.”
In comparison, the percentage for pictures of retired Beanie Babies
shown, is a whopping 97% with only seven retired Beanies out of 227 not having
pictures. Ty’s retired list does not include variations such as Henry
Gold or Henry Brown and Gilbert and Gilbert White.
It was also noted eight retired Attics were noticeably missing from the
retired list: Christopher, Gloria,
Grace, Malcolm (6026), Rose, Prince, Scooter, and Scotch. The status is
shown below.
